America isn’t what it used to be. The genetic purity movement has gained steam, and citizens are being forced outside the wall based on their genes. The outsiders form a community, and they’re getting by. But then the type of people joining them outside the wall changes. The government has expanded its definition of an “undesirable American”. Now political opponents of the president are being thrown out, too. Adding to the fear is a string of unexplained deaths that look like murders. Who is responsible? Is the government trying to silence the outsiders for good? Or is one of their own a serial killer?
